ECA Italia is a company that was established in 1994 at the initiative of a group of Italian professionals sharing twenty years of experience in human resources management, and ECA International - a worldwide leader in consulting for expatriate management - operating on the international market since 1971.
Our mission is to support Human Resources Departments of companies that have to face the challenge of internationalization, through orientation and consulting for the management of incoming & outgoing expatriate personnel.
Our consultants make contact with Human Resources Departments, becoming a functional technical managerial reference for analysing and solving operational problems. This allows the expatriate process of company resources to be organized using proper managerial techniques while complying with national and international regulations.
ECA Italia has its own subsidiary – Expatriates Key Solutions (EKS) – to supply outsourcing solutions that are of use for the management/administration of expatriate and international personnel.
